39 Steps nomination

Martha Banta's production of The 39Steps, at the Repertory Theatre of St. Louis, has been nominated for two Kevin Kline Awards, Outstanding Sound Design and Outstanding Ensemble in a Play.

Congratulations to the company, Martha, and my fellow actors. The award ceremony will take place on March 28th, 2011.

Piano Lesson

Rehearsals are underway for The Piano Lesson and what a spectacular cast. This is the 20th anniversary of August Wilson's play being done at Yale Rep. At the helm is Liesl Tommy. Liesl is really wonderful to work with, as she asks all the questions that actors need to be asked in order to delve deeper. Challenging and refreshing.



The Piano Lesson opens Feb 3rd and runs through Feb 19th.
